Here at Strive, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are 100% happy with your purchase(s). We therefore offer a no quibble 28-day guarantee on all of our stock items.


If you would like to swap your items for an alternative product, simply complete the exchange form enclosed within your order and send the product(s) back to us.


If you can’t settle on an alternative item, then please complete the returns form enclosed within your order and send back the product(s). Once we receive the product(s), we will refund you within 14 days of receipt.

  • All items MUST be returned unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
  • Items must also be packed with all original packaging, with all tags and labels which must also be free from defects.
  • Please do not apply tape to the shoe box.
  • Items packaged in a box, must be returned with an outer box or bag for protection during transit.
  • Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure the items are well packed to prevent any damage or lost shoe during shipping.

All items returned within 28 days of purchase will be given a 100% refund, however it is the responsibility of the customer to cover all costs of returning items to us. We advise you to use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in post.

This returns process does not affect your statutory rights.

30 Day Comfort Guarantee

To qualify for this guarantee, you must provide a proof of purchase from the official Strive Footwear website with the promotional guarantee clearly stated. All returns must be received back within 30 days of the original order being placed. Once the product(s) has been received, we will refund the product cost within 14 days.

The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee can only be given to orders which contain the discount code received on the email when signing up. This coupon will only be provided to customers signing up through the banner in the footer of the website. The coupon will not be provided if signing up during the creation of an account.

Amazon Customers

You must authorise your return through your Amazon order page prior to sending your parcel back to us to avoid any delays with your refund. Please include your Amazon order number in the parcel so we may find your details quickly. Read more about returning to Amazon here
