  • Prices

    All of the prices displayed on the Strivefootwear website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT); however delivery charges will be clearly added during the checkout procedure.

  • Payments

    Strive accept the following payment types; Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo.

  • Returns Policy

    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days providing they are returned unworn and in their original condition. Please do not apply tape to the shoe box. A completed returns form must be included. Unless the product is faulty, the cost of returning items to the company is payable by the purchaser.   • 30 Day Comfort Guarantee

    To qualify for this guarantee, you must provide a proof of purchase from the official Strive Footwear website with the promotional code clearly stated. All returns must be received back within 30 days of the original order being placed. Once the product(s) has been received, we will refund the product cost within 14 days.

    The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee can only be given to orders which contain the promotional code received on the email when signing up through either the banner in the footer of the website or on dedicated pages that promote the offer. The coupon will not be provided if signing up during the creation of an account.

  • Wholesaler Cancellations

    Forward orders placed by wholesale accounts are received in good faith & are placed with our factory with this in mind. As a result of this, we do not accept any cancellations after an initial 30 days ‘cooling off’ period.

  • Carriage

    Unless otherwise specified, International Footcare Ltd reserves the right to choose the method of carriage. Charges for packing, postage and delivery will be applied to individual orders.

  • Trade Descriptions Act

    While every care is taken to accurately describe our products, customers should satisfy themselves that the products ordered meet their specific requirements. The company reserves the right to alter, improve or amend specification on all items without prior notice.

    When creating an account you are accepting the above terms and conditions and also our Privacy Policy.

    On submission of our registration form here, you will be consenting to receive occasional marketing materials from us.
